Interaction of DNA
and amino acid on a nuclear membrane: boundary conditions.
A simple alphabetic listing of the sequence of heterocycles (nitrogenous
bases) in the DNA helix is not very informative. Deoxyribonucleic acid is not
only a macromolecule, but also a structure - a linear molecular lattice. What
properties of the grid affect the stability of information storage and
transmission?
The proposed study first examines the structure of
nucleotides, and then the physical interaction of nitrogenous bases. The
structure of Burtyka nucleotides (Fig. 1) on the basis of BSP forces us to abandon the generally accepted principle of complementarity, to allow another
pairing of heterocycles: A = G and C≡T and different from the hydrogen bond.
The main thing in this approach
is the introduction of a natural metric with the 4th basis in the linear molecular lattice of DNA.
The chain from the sequence Burtyka-nucleotid polyhedrons (fig.2) bears the
sequence of natural subspaces of nitrogenous bases filled with chemical
elements (fig.3).
The metric basis of each base (heterocycle)
[C, T, A, G] can be compared with its chemical analogue-portrait: Cyt = [0, C,
N, N], ... Four bases form a matrix 4 * 4, which can be called : a portrait of DNA. It can be assumed that three
lines of 4, taken in the order of the amino acid encoding, will constitute the
portrait of the latter. And what's more, from this portrait of an amino acid
you can get the chemical composition of its radical?
On the other side of the nuclear
membrane, a synthesis of amino acids is
assumed, each of which is characterized by a metric code. The metric
code displays a set of the simplest
molecules (such as C_C, N_C_O, ...)
constituting the amino acid radical.
How to link a set of protozoa from a
radical with a portrait on DNA separated by a nuclear membrane?
It turns out that a set of reference points (for
the simplest molecules) of each radical can be endowed with a proper coding
matrix of dimension 3 * 4. Such a matrix, filled with chemical elements of the
amino acid radical, is the skeleton of the amino acid. This skeleton can be
selected (on the basis of triple bases of DNA) as 4 points with the desired chemical filling. The
skeleton, filled in this way, will be a portrait of the amino acid on the DNA,
but it may contain excess chemical elements.
The requirement of equal chemical
composition of the portrait and skeleton on the nuclear membrane is the
boundary condition for the interaction of DNA and amino acids. Only a specific
order of heterocycles in the triplets of nucleotides will satisfy this boundary
condition.

стандартный вид и запишется: {x }=q [a /3,4 ] {x' /4 }.
